Presentamos un pedido de informe en el Concejo Deliberante. Entregan viviendas a funcionarios y militantes, hacen actos pol\u00edticos en edificios p\u00fablicos y persiguen opositores. Manejan la ciudad como el patio de su casa. Patricio Pav\u00f3n siempre fue secretario privado de Magdalena Sierra, y hace tiempo est\u00e1 nombrado subsecretario\u201d, reproch\u00f3 Yacob, en di\u00e1logo con <strong>LA NACION<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph --s text-left\">Fuentes confiables del distrito aclararon a <strong>LA NACION<\/strong> que \u201cestas viviendas no se regalan, se cobran por mes\u201d. Las mismas fuentes a\u00f1adieron que se trat\u00f3 de un programa \u201csegmentado para la clase media\u201d, y puntualizaron: \u201cAl trabajador municipal, se le descuenta del sueldo [la cuota de la vivienda]. Hubo un subprograma para trabajadores municipales. Cuando le adjudicaron la vivienda, \u00e9l [por Pav\u00f3n] era un trabajador m\u00e1s; hoy es funcionario\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph --s text-left\">La adjudicaci\u00f3n de la vivienda al funcionario municipal (y a otros empleados del municipio) fue observada por el Honorable Tribunal de Cuentas de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. En su informe del 9 de abril, en el que analiz\u00f3 las cuentas municipales del a\u00f1o 2024, el tribunal formul\u00f3 observaciones sobre la entrega de las viviendas. Entre otras, indic\u00f3 que se verific\u00f3 \u201cla aplicaci\u00f3n de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 29.967 y nunca se mencion\u00f3 la N\u00b0 29.561\u2033.
